As our firstEnterprise Account Executive in the UK, you’ll be at the forefront ofintroducing persona-driven AI research to the region shaping the salesstrategy, driving pipeline, and closing strategic deals from the ground up.

Own the full sales cycle fromoutbound prospecting to closing new business with enterprise brands in the UAEand broader GCC region, with a focus on CPG, retail, and consumer brands.
Translate Zibble’s productvision into real-world conversations that resonate with technical and businessstakeholders turning complex AI capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
Build early revenue byidentifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects who are lookingto de-risk innovation and validate product decisions faster.
Shape the foundational salesmotion to support future scale, including messaging, outreach strategies,customer segmentation, and deal qualification frameworks.
Develop and maintain strongrelationships with decision-makers, including VPs of Innovation, Chief InsightsOfficers, Heads of R&D, and Brand Directors.
Collaborate closely withproduct, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts and ensureregional market needs are reflected in our strategy.
Accurately forecast deals,manage pipeline health, and maintain CRM best practices to enable visibilityand predictability.
Act as a feedback loop betweenthe market and the product team to influence roadmap priorities, positioning,and feature development based on customer insights.
6+ years of B2B salesexperience in a technology company, preferably a startup or high-growth SaaSenvironment.
Experience with AI, ML, dataplatforms, research technology, or product-led SaaS companies - you understandhow to sell emerging technology.
Experience selling to VP andC-level executives, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise salescycles and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record ofconsistently exceeding quota and closing complex deals you know how to buildpipeline, qualify opportunities, and close business.
Deep understanding of the UAEbusiness landscape with established relationships in CPG, retail, consumerbrands, or market research.
Strong communication andpresentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesfrom technical practitioners to business leaders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented,and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment. You thrive onbuilding from scratch and don’t need a playbook to succeed.
Experience selling intoinnovation, insights, or R&D teams at consumer brands.
Background in market research,consumer insights, or brand strategy.
Track record of success as anearly sales hire or sales leader at a startup.
Experience building salesprocesses, frameworks, and playbooks from the ground up.
